App not stable, but has promise

I downloaded this app in accordance with a project i assigned my students. Unfortunately it (app) has yet to get past the splash screen.
There isnt really any documentation that I am seeing regards to updates or stability issues. Hopefully someone from there support team works this kink out. $4 down the bucket right now.
